Thanks for being a long-time customer. We haven't changed the wax formula - I'm so sorry the product didn't perform to it's usual high standard.
What you've described can sometimes happen with older product. Over time, wax strips can dry out and become less effective, particularly if it has been exposed to moisture, high heat or fluctuating storage conditions.
