Job Overview

As our eCommerce & Digital Advertising Manager, you'll oversee and execute Parissa's eCommerce monetization programs, enhance site performance, manage digital advertising campaigns, and provide detailed insights to stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in driving our digital growth, optimizing the user experience, and managing our eCommerce channels to achieve profitable sales growth. This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce Channel Management:
  • Oversee Amazon (Seller and Vendor Central), Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings to drive conversions.
  •  

  • Customer Journey Optimization:
  • Manage the digital customer journey, from segmentation and mapping to addressing pain points.
  • Optimize user experience across all touchpoints.
  •  

  • Advertising Campaign Management:
  • Manage and optimize Amazon PPC, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  •  

  • Strategic Development:
  • Develop and implement acquisition, retention, and eCommerce strategies.
  • Lead projects that drive P&L growth through effective demand generation.
  •  

  • Performance Optimization:
  • Develop KPIs and optimize performance around metrics like NPS, ROAS, CTR, and AOV.
  •  

  • Budget and Promotional Management:
  • Plan and manage digital/eCommerce marketing budgets, including email, paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and online advertising.
  • Develop promotional schedules, content roadmaps, and media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  •  

  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Use analytics to develop customer insights, improve conversion rates, revenue per visit, and customer retention.
  • Optimize web merchandising to increase AOV, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
  •  

    Your Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years in direct response and digital marketing/eCommerce in an integrated, multi-channel environment.
  • Experience with P&L management, eCommerce marketing (Shopify, Amazon), and website management.
  • Experience managing membership, loyalty, subscription, or continuity programs.
  •  

  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve usability issues.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or comparable products.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms like Adobe Commerce.
  • Strong eCommerce business acumen and understanding of best practices.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment where change is constant.
