Job Overview
Parissa, a leader in natural hair removal solutions, is seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for creative individuals passionate about marketing, design, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content across various social media platforms, including graphics, copywriting, and video editing, tailored to different target audiences.
- Support marketing initiatives through campaign planning, data analysis, and market research.
- Assist with social media management, community engagement, and PR activities to boost brand presence.
- Collaborate with the team to execute strategies aligned with brand objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and distribute promotional materials.
- Enhance customer engagement through exceptional customer service skills, including direct interaction via phone.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Interaction with Spanish speakers is a plus, as we are expanding into the Latin American and Spanish-speaking markets
Skills and Requirements:
- Masters in Digital Marketing
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Proven track record of working within the manufacturing sector, particularly in B2B marketing environments.
- Proficiency in managing customer service interactions for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Skills in Canva Studio and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Later and Meta Business Suite.
- Expertise with email marketing tools including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hubspot.
- Strong background in SEO and managing Google Marketing campaigns to enhance online visibility and traffic.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like NetSuite, Outlook 365, HubSpot, and Hootsuite, with a willingness to learn new platforms.
- Experience and interest in photography and event coverage, including capturing high-quality images and videos.
- Google Ads or similar certifications
- Leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Extensive experience in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and X.
- Skilled in social media advertising, particularly using tools like TikTok Studio and Meta for targeted paid campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing and the use of related tools.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an asset, as we are expanding into the Latin American and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Customer services skill with experience in b2c direct interaction, phone or email
- Proven experience in tradeshow events or bazaar-style events where direct interaction with potential leads and clients occurred.
- Fluency in written and oral English
- Basic knowledge of written and oral French
