Parissa's Sustainable Products: From Recyclable Packaging to Reusable Components

Parissa takes pride in its dedication to sustainability We have created recyclable packaging, sustainable packing materials, reusable components as part of our commitment to sustainability. 

Recyclable Packaging  

 One way to assure we meet the highest environmental standards is by using recyclable packaging. We carefully choose materials that are easy to recycle, like paper and plastic, to create our packaging. This not only helps to reduce waste but also makes it simple for you to dispose of the packaging responsibly. 

In addition to using recyclable materials, we are also mindful of the sourcing of our materials. That is why our boxes and instruction sheets are made from wood that comes from sustainably managed forests. These forests have been certified by respected organizations like the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), or the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification)). 

By using recyclable materials and responsibly sourced wood, we are doing our part to help the planet. Plus, we are making it easy for you to do your part too! 

Sustainable Packing Materials  

The use of sustainable packing materials is another way that Parissa is leading the way in conscious beauty. We understand that traditional packaging materials can harm the environment, so we opt for more eco-friendly options. For example, we use recycled paper, cardboard, and plastic for our packaging. 

In addition, we prioritize recycling and reusing any materials we can whenever we receive incoming shipments, so that these materials do not end up in landfills. We believe that by continuously circulating these materials, we can help to minimize waste and keep our planet clean and free from litter. 

Reusable Components 

We understand that disposable products contribute significantly to the waste that ends up in landfills. That is why we have taken steps towards sustainability by creating reusable jars and strips. 

Our jars are made with the most accepted plastic by recycling centres and are designed to be refilled, reused, and recycled.  

We are committed to using sustainable practices throughout our supply chain, and we work with suppliers who share this vision. Our non-woven epilation strips and wax strips are all made from recycled materials and meet the ASTM & OECD biodegradability standards in applicable facilities. Similarly, our epilation strips, when used with our Sugar Wax products can be washed and reused multiple times, reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. 

By using our reusable jars and epilation strips, customers can save money in the long term, as they do not need to purchase new jars and strips each time, they use Parissa's wax products.
