WHAT ARE WAX STRIPS?

This quick and easy waxing option consists of ready-to-use cellulose strips that are evenly coated on both sides with a gentle cream-based wax made of beeswax and natural pine resin. Wax strips are the simplest at-home wax option as they do not require any heating before use. Simply rub the strip between the palms of your hands, press on and zip off! You don’t even need to wash your skin prior - it’s really that simple!

HOW ARE WAX STRIPS DIFFERENT THAN HARD AND SOFT WAXES?

Wax stripsare a quick, easy and ready-to-go alternative to hard and soft waxes. Both hard and soft wax will require a heating method, application tools and (for soft waxes), epilation strips for removal, while wax strips come ready to go and don’t require more than your body's warmth to prepare.

Though each of these methods will provide you with the same great, smooth, and hairless results that you are hoping for, wax strips are the simplest and quickest method that will not require any prep and hardly any clean-up!

HOW TO USE WAX STRIPS - STEP BY STEP GUIDE

1. Warm the strip between the palms of your hands to soften the cream wax.
2. Slowly peel the strip apart, creating TWO individual ready-to-use wax strips.
3. Apply the wax strip in the direction of your hair growth and smooth down the strip with your hand.
4. Keeping the skin taut, grab the end of the strip - making sure you will be pulling against the direction of your hair growth.
5. Zip off the wax strip as quickly as possible! Always keep your hands close to your body and pull along the skin. Never pull away from the skin as this will cause irritation, bruising and skin lifting.
6. After you’ve finished waxing apply Parissa Ultra Sooth Oil to soothe your skin and help prevent any ingrown hairs!
7. You’re done - Now you can enjoy your beautifully smooth skin thanks to Parissa Wax strips!
