Which one do I pick? I want to wax my eyebrows, mustache, and face. I have coarse hairs on my eyebrows and mustache, but fine and downy peach fuzz on my cheeks. Which one should I use?? Help!
Yes, you can heat and cool and reheat the hot wax as often as needed, or if you don't use all of it at once. You can also purchase the Hot Wax refills from our online store. They are small replacement pucks of wax that simply pop out of their foil cup into your existing pan: http://parissa.com/catalog/product/hot-refill
can you resuse the pot of wax if you dont use all of it the first time ? do you just let it go back to room temperature and then heat it again when you need it ?
If you bought a Hot Wax kit, you'll notice that it comes in a metal pan.
You can melt the wax on your stove top (not a gas range though) or, if you have a coffee maker, simply turn it on, remove your coffee urn and place the pan of Hot Wax on the warming plate - this may take a tiny bit longer, but it will warm your wax through to the desired consistency.
If you bought the hot wax REFILL kit, you must not heat the wax in those little aluminum containers. Those convenient little pucks are designed to easily pop out of the aluminum and right into your existing Hot Wax pan when it's time for a refill http://parissa.com/catalog/product/strip-free-hot-wax
Please take a look at this very quick how-to video. It shows exactly how the consistency and spread-ability should be. http://parissa.com/learn/videos/hot-wax

I bought a Parissa hot wax and I dont have a hot pot how can i heat it?
Thank you for your question. For coarse, short facial hair, nothing beats the Hot Wax. The formula is great for sensitive areas like facial hair and bikini line. The Hot Wax may not work well for peach fuzz. The Warm Wax will work for both areas. The best thing about Parissa is that no matter which product you use, if the product doesn't meet your needs, we'll replace it with the product that's best for you.
Thank you,
Parissa Customer Care

In this case, you may want to choose the Warm Wax. You can get excellent control with it around your eyebrow arch and upper lip, and it will also be very effective on your peachy fuzz.
I will suggest however, that you dust a file layer of baby powder or corn starch on your skin first to help reduce the ouch factor :)
Parissa Waxes are salon quality - meaning they are strong waxes designed to do the job. Be sure to read the instruction sheet thoroughly and always feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions whatsoever. I'm always happy to help! 1.888.986.9974
