I have been using your warm wax on my upper lip for approximately 7 years and have had great results. I bought a new kit about a month ago and the treatment is not working. I have pulled skin off my face but the hair is not coming off like it is suppose to. I have noticed that when I put the strip on, the wax seems to be soaking right through it. Previously when waxing this did not happen. Have you changed the cotton strips or did I get a bad batch?

Thanks for your note and for being a loyal parissa user for 7 years! We haven't changed anything with the Warm Wax kit, which does make me wonder if something has happened to the one you bought. Please give me a quick call @ 1.888.986.9974 so that I can make arrangements to replace them for you right away :)
