Get Glowing!
Of all the things you can do for your skin, nothing is quite as healthful (or inexpensive) as good old water and fresh air! That's right - put your skin creams down and put on your runners, grab a bottle of water and go play outside! Skin that is starved of adequate hydration and oxygen looks drab, grey and withered. a good brisk walk around the block a couple times will get your heart pumping, put some rose in your cheeks and supply lots of fresh O2 to your entire system. Be sure to sip fresh water along the way to constantly replenish your inner supply (psst...water helps plump out fine lines too!). Oh ya, and lets not forget about endorphins...if you are feeling the blahs, a brisk walk will clear the cobwebs from your brain and release endorphins in their place. Here's a great valentines day hint too - take your loved on with you, studies show that couples that raise their endorphins together stay together longer! (talk about putting a rose in those cheeks!)
In my opinion the cheapest way to keep yourself looking youthful and glowing is to get moving...so in the words of my boss, Fardad...my advice is simple: GOYA (Get Off Your A**).
