Get Glowing!

Of all the things you can do for your skin, nothing is quite as healthful (or inexpensive) as good old water and fresh air!  That's right - put your skin creams down and put on your runners, grab a bottle of water and go play outside!  Skin that is starved of adequate hydration and oxygen looks drab, grey and withered. a good brisk walk around the block a couple times will get your heart pumping, put some rose in your cheeks and supply lots of fresh O2 to your entire system.
